Legislation that would prevent the CIA from using interrogation methods like simulated drowning or “water-boarding”, has been vetoed by Georges W. Bush, said the US president.

He said the intelligence bill, passed by Senate and Congress, took “away one of the most valuable tools in the war on terror.” (more…)
