New primary plan in Florida

In Florida, the Democratic Party has decided not to stage a re-run of the state’s primary election, in order to choose a candidate for the US presidential poll.

Florida Democrats had planned to re-run the ballot, using a combination of postal and walk-in votes, to try to resolve a row over the vote. By a large margin, Hillary Clinton won January’s vote, so theorically she won many delegates.
